Dongying Kekai Petroleum Technology Development Co., Ltd. was founded in June 2006 and is located in Liuhe Chemical Industrial Park, Hekou District, Dongying City, Shandong Province.
The company specializes in the R&D, production and sales of drilling fluid materials. Our product portfolio covers water-based drilling fluids, oil-based drilling fluids and solid-free drilling & completion fluid systems, fully meeting the operational requirements of oil & gas drilling, completion and workover operations.
Our Products
Viscosifier
Supply sodium bentonite, high-efficiency mud-making bentonite and other products. As the fundamental solids for drilling fluids, they form filter cake and establish mud systems to meet the requirements of mud generation and borehole stabilization in various formations.
Weighting Agents
Includes API-grade barite, ultra-fine barite, hematite powder, manganese weighting agent and limestone powder. These materials adjust drilling fluid density to balance formation pressure and mitigate risks of kick and borehole collapse.
Fluid Loss Control Agents
Covers PAC, CMC, modified starch, SMP, SPNH and other series. They effectively reduce drilling fluid filtration, optimize filter cake quality, and suit fresh water, brine, high-temperature deep wells and various working conditions.
Viscosifiers & Rheology Modifiers
We mainly supply XC xanthan gum, HEC, polymeric viscosifiers and other products. They adjust drilling fluid viscosity and shear-thinning characteristics, improve cuttings suspension capacity and optimize mud rheological properties.
High-Inhibition Borehole Stabilizers
Supply polyamine inhibitors, potassium chloride, clay stabilizers and other products. They suppress hydration and swelling of shale clays, stabilize borehole walls and effectively resolve borehole instability in highly reactive collapse-prone formations.
Sealing & Borehole Stabilizing Agents
Supply sulfonated asphalt, nano sealants, ultra-fine calcium carbonate and more. They seal micro-fractures in formations and work with inhibitors to improve borehole stability and reduce permeability filtrate loss.
Lubricants & Anti-Sticking Agents
Provide water-based extreme pressure lubricants, graphite, plastic microspheres and other friction-reducing products to reduce drillstring torque and prevent pipe sticking during directional and horizontal drilling.
Thinners & Dispersants
Supply lignosulfonates, sulfonated tannins and other drilling fluid dispersants. They break up clay flocculated structures, lower viscosity of high-solids mud and improve the flow behavior of drilling fluids.
PH Adjusters & Inorganic Additives
Supply soda ash, caustic soda, calcium chloride, ion scavengers and other inorganic treatment agents. They regulate the pH value of drilling fluids, chelate harmful metal ions and stabilize the basic drilling fluid system.
Oil-Based Drilling Fluid Additives
Supply oil-based emulsifiers, wetting reversal agents, oil-based fluid loss additives and other oil-based mud materials for drilling operations in high-temperature, strongly water-sensitive complex formations.
Lost Circulation Materials (LCM)
Supply walnut shell, mica, composite LCM, pressure-bearing gel plugging materials to address different degrees of formation lost circulation, enabling while-drilling plugging and pressure containment for high-pressure formations.
Drilling Fluid Functional Additives
We supply defoamers, biocides, corrosion inhibitors, oxygen scavengers and other functional additives. They eliminate air bubbles, inhibit microbial propagation, slow drillstring corrosion and ensure long-term stability of drilling fluids.
