Viscosifier

Sodium Bentonite

This refined natural sodium bentonite eliminates activation treatment. It delivers complete hydration and consistent mud-building capacity, yields low fluid loss and tight smooth filter cake, and possesses prominent anti-dispersion performance for conventional drilling of oil, gas and water wells.

Calcium Bentonite

Manufactured from selected natural calcium bentonite ore, this product features pure powder with uniform particle size. It delivers favorable basic mud-building performance and high cost-effectiveness, and is suitable for geological drilling, water well drilling and shallow conventional drilling projects.

OCMA-grade bentonite

This premium standardized mud-making material is dedicated for oilfield use and fully complies with API Spec 13A standards. It boasts high mud yield, fast hydration rate, outstanding thixotropy, stable fluid loss and dense, smooth filter cake. It effectively guarantees the cuttings suspension and wellbore stabilization performance of drilling fluids. High-efficiency Mud Yield Bentonite

It adopts optimized artificial sodium activation technology, which greatly improves mud yield and colloidal stability. Featuring excellent hard water resistance, anti-flocculation performance and strong cuttings carrying capacity, the product enables lower dosage and stable mud system. It is well suited for complex working conditions of deep wells, directional wells and horizontal wells.

Salt-Resistant Bentonite

Prepared via a special modification process, this product maintains excellent colloidal properties in saline and high-mineralized water environments. It resists sedimentation and flocculation effectively, and is specially designed for drilling operations in complex salt-bearing formations such as salt beds and coastal offshore strata.

Bentonite Synergist

As a special activation and synergistic additive, it can significantly improve the hydration efficiency and mud viscosity of bentonite, reduce on-site dosage, and optimize the rheological properties of drilling mud. It effectively solves the common defects of conventional bentonite, such as low mud-making efficiency and rapid cuttings settlement.

Weighting Agent

API-grade Barite Powder

Produced from high-grade barite ore, this product has a specific gravity of ≥4.2, uniform particle size, low acid-soluble impurities and controllable heavy metal content. It serves as a standardized and widely applicable weighting agent for oilfield operations.

High-Purity Barite Powder

Processed from carefully selected high-purity ore, this product features high barium sulfate content, strong chemical inertness and extremely low impurities. It exhibits excellent compatibility with drilling mud systems without affecting the rheological properties and fluid loss performance of the system. It is highly suitable for high-temperature deep wells, high-pressure oil and gas wells, and high-demand exploration wells.

Superfine Suspended Barite Powder

Adopting ultra-fine and superfine grinding technology, the powder features fine particle size, large specific surface area and excellent suspension property. It hardly settles and causes no delamination in high-density drilling fluids, effectively solving the problems of solid sedimentation and unstable pump pressure of high-density drilling mud.

Ground Limestone

High-purity calcium carbonate powder, acid-soluble with no permanent plugging and excellent temporary plugging performance. It is mainly applied in reservoir protection drilling and temporary plugging operations for permeable formations, and can be completely removed by acidification at the later stage.

Hematite Weighting Agent

Ultra-high density inorganic weighting material with density much higher than conventional barite. It can be used to prepare ultra-high density drilling fluids, suitable for pressure balance operations in abnormally high-pressure formations, deep wells and ultra-deep wells.

Micromanganese Weighting Material

This ultrafine nano-scale weighting powder delivers excellent sedimentation stability and minimal formation damage. It performs steadily under HTHP conditions, and is a dedicated weighting material for high-end ultra-deep wells, tight oil and gas, and reservoir protection.

Fluid Loss Additive

Modified Starch

Refined from modified plant starch, it is environmentally friendly, non-toxic and easily biodegradable with high cost performance. It delivers stable fluid loss control in low-temperature systems, suitable for shallow, low-temperature drilling projects with strict environmental requirements.

CMC (Carboxymethyl Cellulose)

Carboxymethyl cellulose series with complete graded viscosity specifications. It dissolves rapidly and features good film-forming property, which can effectively control fluid loss and improve filter cake quality. Widely used in water well drilling, geological exploration, shallow oil & gas wells and medium-deep well drilling.

PAC (Polyanionic Cellulose)

Polyanionic cellulose series manufactured via advanced etherification process, featuring excellent water solubility and outstanding fluid loss control. LV grade is low-viscosity without thickening effect and compatible with high-density mud; HV grade performs viscosity building and fluid loss reduction simultaneously. Compatible with various fresh water and low-salinity water-based drilling fluid systems, it is a mainstream universal fine fluid loss additive for oilfields.

Sodium Hydrolyzed Polyacrylonitrile (Na-HPAN)

Mass-produced universal fluid loss additive refined by acrylic fiber hydrolysis technology. It has excellent water solubility, stable fluid loss control and prominent cost performance. With good salt tolerance, it is compatible with fresh water and conventional saltwater-based drilling fluids. It can effectively reduce fluid loss in medium-depth wells and provides auxiliary viscosity reduction. It is a high-volume, highly adaptable basic polymer treating agent for oilfields.

Ammonium Hydrolyzed Polyacrylonitrile (NH₄-HPAN)

High-grade modified acrylic polymer fluid loss additive with ammonium ion groups in molecular structure. Compared with sodium salt type, it features better thermal stability and compatibility. Apart from excellent fluid loss control, it provides clay inhibition and borehole anti-sloughing capacity to improve wellbore stability of unstable formations. Suitable for medium-deep wells, water-sensitive formations and long open-hole complex drilling conditions to maintain mild and stable fluid systems.

Sulfonated Lignite (SMC)

Sulfonated modified lignite product with multiple functions including fluid loss control, dispersion and thermal resistance. It can effectively improve filter cake toughness and inhibit high-temperature thickening, serving as the core treating agent for conventional medium-deep well fluid systems.

Modified Lignite Resin (SPX)

Novel modified lignite high-temperature fluid loss additive combining advantages of lignite and resin. Its thermal resistance surpasses conventional SMC, delivering stable high-temperature fluid loss control and forming thin, compact filter cake with strong compatibility. Widely used for complex medium-deep well drilling under high temperature & low/medium salinity conditions.

Sulfonated Phenolic Resin (SMP)

Core high-temperature salt-resistant product available in Grade SMP-Ⅰ, SMP-Ⅱ and SMP-Ⅲ. Grade I for fresh water drilling; Grade II with thermal and salt tolerance for saltwater formations; Grade III features ultra-high temperature and calcium resistance, specially designed for ultra-deep wells, high-pressure and highly contaminated complex formations with excellent high-temperature fluid loss control capacity.

Lignite Resin (SPNH)

Comprehensive high-temperature salt-resistant treating agent integrating merits of lignite and resin. It possesses strong high-temperature stability and high anti-contamination capacity, with auxiliary functions of fluid loss control and borehole stabilization. It is the primary additive for high-temperature deep well fluid systems.

High-temperature Salt-resistant Anti-sloughing Fluid Loss Additive (KFT)

Enhanced modified lignite resin product, an upgraded fluid loss additive specially for deep wells and complex formations. Produced via multi-component copolymerization modification of lignite and resin. Compared with conventional SPNH, it achieves further improvement in high-temperature resistance, salt tolerance and anti-calcium contamination. It also provides excellent borehole anti-sloughing capacity and moderate viscosity reduction with low dosage and good compatibility with drilling mud. It can steadily control fluid loss, optimize rheological property and restrain hydration spalling of shale formations under high-temperature high-pressure, high-mineralization and high-calcium contamination complex conditions. Widely used in drilling operations for deep wells, ultra-deep wells, salt-gypsum layers and water-sensitive formations.

Carboxymethyl Hydroxyethyl Cellulose (CMHEC)

High-grade modified cellulose fluid loss additive combining dual properties of CMC and HEC. Its salt tolerance, calcium resistance and thermal resistance are greatly improved. It maintains stable performance in high-mineralization seawater and saturated saltwater drilling fluids without flocculation failure, suitable for offshore drilling and high-end drilling fluid systems for high-salinity formations.

High Temperature & Salt Resistant Polymer Fluid Loss Additive

Synthetic high-molecular material resistant to saturated saltwater, high temperature and high pressure with strong anti-contamination capacity against calcium and magnesium ions. Applicable to harsh drilling conditions including offshore wells, salt-gypsum layers and complex deep wells.

Non-Permeable Fluid Loss Additive

It forms an impermeable composite sealing membrane at solid-liquid interface to prevent drilling fluid from invading formations. The unique advantage of this non-permeable composite membrane lies in its reversibility. Under negative pressure, the membrane can be easily stripped from rock surface without affecting production capacity. Besides, it is biodegradable and non-toxic.

Viscosifier & Rheology Modifier

Xanthan Gum (XC)

Refined by biological fermentation. It features high thickening efficiency, excellent salt tolerance and outstanding shear-thinning property, exhibiting high viscosity at low shear rates and low viscosity at high shear rates. It is the preferred viscosifier for solids-free and low-solid-phase drilling fluids.

Salt-Tolerant Xanthan Gum

Modified upgraded product with high viscosity retention under high-salinity conditions and enhanced salt & contamination resistance. Suitable for drilling operations in saltwater, brine and complex coastal formations.

Hydroxyethyl Cellulose (HEC)

Nonionic polymeric viscosifier with excellent salt tolerance, calcium resistance and water solubility. It produces clean solids-free fluid systems, widely used in seawater drilling fluids, completion fluids and workover fluids.

Polyacrylamide Viscosifier

Polymeric product featuring fast viscosifying rate and good gel-forming performance in fresh water. Suitable for fresh water drilling, sand washing, well flushing, and viscosity building of low-solid-phase drilling fluids.

Solids-Free Viscosity Builder

High-purity blended polymer system free of inert solids. It provides stable viscosity increase with clear filtrate, meeting the requirements of high-end solids-free drilling and reservoir protection operations.

Rheology Modifier

It optimizes the rheological curve of drilling fluid, effectively mitigates pump pressure fluctuation, improves cuttings transport efficiency and reduces circulating friction. Suitable for directional wells, horizontal wells and extended-reach drilling.

High-Inhibition Wellbore Stabilization Materials

Polyamine Clay Inhibitor

Low-fluorescence environmentally friendly high-performance inhibitor. Polyamine molecules rapidly adsorb onto clay crystal layers to block water invasion and suppress shale hydration spalling. It will not interfere with mud logging operations, and serves as a mainstream premium wellbore stabilization additive for shale oil and gas wells.

Potassium Chloride Wellbore Stabilizer

Refined high-purity potassium salt. It continuously provides potassium ions for interlayer passivation to stabilize clay lattice structure. With favorable cost performance and excellent compatibility, it is widely utilized in potassium-based drilling fluid systems across major oilfields.

Polyol Wellbore Stabilizer

Chloride-Free Clay Anti-Swelling Additive

Zero-chloride formulation that eliminates casing corrosion hazards. It efficiently inhibits clay swelling and dispersion, applicable to high-precision development wells and intervals requiring stringent casing protection.

Nano Anti-Swelling Stabilizer

Nano-scale polymeric material capable of penetrating micro-fractures for sealing and passivation, stabilizing weakly cemented formations and addressing recurring borehole sloughing in fractured shale.

Specialized Inhibitor for Shale and Coal Seams

Custom-formulated for fractured, unstable shale and coal seams. It effectively restrains cuttings dispersion, rock spalling and borehole collapse, sustaining wellbore stability over long open-hole intervals.

Sulfonated Asphalt

Manufactured via mature sulfonation modification process. It softens under high temperature to fill fractures with excellent film-forming property and high sealing efficiency. It delivers dual functions of fluid loss control and wellbore stabilization, serving as the primary sealing additive for conventional medium-deep well operations.

Modified Asphalt

Multi-function sealing and wellbore stabilization material manufactured by multi-component modification technology. It features outstanding water dispersibility and good compatibility. It forms a dense hydrophobic protective film on borehole wall to inhibit hydration spalling of shale and clay, seal formation micro-fractures, and provides auxiliary fluid loss control and borehole lubrication. The product possesses thermal and salt resistance, low treatment dosage and high cost performance without impairing drilling fluid rheology. Ultrafine Calcium Carbonate

Graded rigid bridging particles with controllable particle size. It is acid-soluble and causes zero formation damage. Suitable for temporary sealing and pore plugging in reservoir intervals, and can be completely removed by subsequent acidification.

Nano Sealing Additive for Micro-Fractures

Nano flexible particle system with fine particle size and strong deformability. It can penetrate micron-scale fractures for sealing, effectively restrain filtrate invasion and stabilize water-sensitive formations.

Graded Packing Sealing Additive

Multi-grade packing sealing additive compounded with particles of various sizes. Via graded bridging and compaction effects, it builds a dense sealing barrier in formation pores and fractures to reduce filtrate invasion and stabilize the wellbore.

Flexible Resin Sealing Additive

Standard rigid bridging base material for lost circulation control with complete particle size grades and excellent toughness and bridging capacity. Suitable for formation pores, shallow formation seepage and conventional lost circulation conditions. It is a general economical LCM for while-drilling applications.

Acid-Soluble Rigid Lost Circulation Particles

High-purity calcium carbonate rigid particles providing stable bridging sealing. It can be fully dissolved by acid treatment after operation without permanent formation damage, specially designed for temporary sealing and reservoir protection operations in hydrocarbon reservoir intervals.

Acid-Soluble Expandable Lost Circulation Additive

This additive expands rapidly upon contact with water, featuring triple sealing functions including bridging, packing and elastic sealing. It cooperates with rigid particles and fibers to plug fracture leakage pathways. It can be completely dissolved via post-operation acidification to effectively protect reservoirs, applicable for lost circulation prevention in reservoir intervals.

While-Drilling Lost Circulation Additive

Blended rigid-flexible multi-particle system with well-matched coarse and fine grading and wide applicability. It enables loss control while drilling without shutdown and soaking, delivers high sealing efficiency and does not alter the basic properties of drilling fluids.

Flexible Expandable Lost Circulation Additive

Water-responsive self-adaptive expandable LCM. It fills leakage pathways such as irregular fractures and voids to form dense, long-lasting seals with good pressure tolerance, suitable for leakage remediation in fractured formations with well-developed fissures.

Composite Lost Circulation Additive

Compound LCM blended with rigid bridging particles, elastic fillers and modified fibers. It relies on synergistic effects of particle bridging, elastic packing and fiber interlocking to rapidly build multi-layer dense pressure-resistant sealing zones. It features wide temperature tolerance and outstanding compatibility with all water-based drilling fluids.

Pressure-Bearing Lost Circulation Additive

High-strength composite pressure-bearing LCM system with excellent thermal resistance, high-pressure tolerance and anti-contamination performance. It efficiently addresses severe lost circulation from large fractures in deep and ultra-deep wells, greatly improves formation pressure bearing capacity and ensures operational safety for high-pressure complex intervals.

Lubricant Additives

Non-Fluorescent White Oil Lubricant

High-performance environmentally friendly lubricant designed for water-based drilling fluids. It adopts deeply refined non-aromatic white oil, fundamentally eliminating fluorescence interference caused by conventional lubricants. It is the preferred product for exploration wells, directional wells and operations in environmentally restricted blocks.

Oil-Based Lubricant

Formulated with base oil and high-performance additives. It adsorbs onto drillstring and borehole surfaces to form high-strength oil film, drastically reducing drag and torque during drilling. It features excellent thermal resistance and outstanding anti-wear performance, without impairing any properties of drilling fluids, and exhibits favorable compatibility. Suitable for high-temperature deep wells, extended-reach wells and horizontal wells to effectively alleviate downhole drag and drillstring sticking.

Solid Lubricant

Refined from layered solid anti-wear materials. It forms a solid lubricating film between drillstring and borehole wall to effectively reduce downhole drag and torque. It possesses good thermal resistance, high pressure and wear tolerance, and does not affect drilling fluid rheology and fluid loss properties with excellent compatibility. Suitable for high-drag intervals such as highly deviated wells and horizontal wells to prevent drillstring sticking and drag.

Thinning & Dispersing Materials

Lignosulfonate

Refined by modification of natural raw materials. It features high cost performance and wide applicability. It can effectively break clay flocculation structure, reduce fluid viscosity and improve mud flowability, serving as the basic thinning additive for conventional water-based drilling fluids under moderate & low temperature conditions.

Zwitterionic Polymer Thinner

It delivers excellent resistance to salt, calcium and magnesium contamination. It achieves stable deflocculation, viscosity reduction and homogeneous dispersion in high-salinity and contaminated formation systems, suitable for complex drilling operations under moderate-high temperature and high salinity conditions.

Sulfonated Tannin Thinner

Standard thinning additive manufactured via sulfonation modification of natural tannin. It provides stable viscosity reduction and dispersion performance, compatible with various moderate-low temperature water-based drilling fluid systems. It also assists in optimizing filter cake and improving mud stability with strong field adaptability.

Special Thinner for High-Solids High-Density Drilling Fluids

Specially developed for high-density and high-solids mud systems. It achieves powerful deflocculation and rapid reduction of viscosity and gel strength. It effectively solves field challenges including thick mud, excessive apparent gel strength, pump pressure fluctuation and poor cuttings transport, suitable for high-pressure high-density drilling operations in deep wells.

PH Adjusters & Inorganic Additives

Potassium Chloride

Potassium chloride delivers strong inhibition against shale hydration and swelling to prevent borehole sloughing and reduce drilling fluid fluid loss. It exhibits excellent compatibility and is widely adopted in water-based wellbore stabilization drilling fluid systems.

Calcium Chloride

Calcium chloride strongly inhibits clay hydration and dispersion, increases drilling fluid salinity and consolidates the borehole wall. Featuring favorable compatibility, it is commonly used in high-salinity wellbore stabilization drilling fluids.

Soda Ash & Caustic Soda

Refined industrial raw materials with high purity and low impurity content. They precisely adjust system alkalinity, activate the performance of treatment additives, harden filter cakes and stabilize drilling fluid systems.

Sodium Chloride

Sodium chloride provides sodium ions to inhibit shale hydration, adjust drilling fluid salinity and reduce fluid loss. It has good compatibility and is widely used in saltwater and saturated saltwater drilling fluids.

Basic Zinc Carbonate

It integrates hydrogen sulfide scavenging and downhole corrosion inhibition functions. With large specific surface area, it rapidly reacts with hydrogen sulfide and bisulfide ions invading from formations to eliminate safety hazards caused by toxic hydrogen sulfide at the source. After reaction, a dense protective film forms on the surface of drill pipes and casings to restrain electrochemical hydrogen embrittlement corrosion and extend the service life of downhole tubular goods.

Oil-Based Drilling Fluid Additives

Primary Emulsifier

It powerfully stabilizes water-in-oil emulsions and improves the electrical stability of drilling mud. It controls HTHP fluid loss and inhibits solid settling, compatible with all types of oil-based and synthetic-based drilling fluids.

Wetting Inverter

It effectively alters the wettability of solids, converting cuttings and weighting particles from water-wet to oil-wet state. It prevents solid settling, accumulation and sand sedimentation, and stabilizes the rheological properties of oil-based mud.

Secondary Emulsifier

It cooperates with primary emulsifier to strengthen emulsion interfacial film and improve emulsion breakdown voltage. It wets solid particles, reduces HTHP fluid loss and provides strong calcium contamination resistance, suitable for ultra-high temperature oil-based mud.

Oil-Based Fluid Loss Additive

Oil-soluble polymeric material. It forms a thin, dense filter cake under high temperature and high pressure to effectively control HTHP fluid loss and protect borehole wall and reservoirs.

Defoamer

It rapidly eliminates bubbles within the fluid system and stabilizes mud density without damaging emulsion performance, applicable to all ultra-high temperature oil-based drilling fluids.

Auxiliary Drilling Fluid Additives

Silicone Defoamer

It delivers fast defoaming speed and long-lasting foam inhibition. It does not impair drilling fluid rheology and fluid loss properties, and thoroughly addresses issues such as circulating system foaming, pump pressure fluctuation and unstable liquid level.

Biocide for Polysaccharide Systems

It selectively kills fermentative bacteria in starch and xanthan gum systems to prevent additive degradation, mud thinning and performance deterioration, extending the circulation cycle of drilling mud.

Corrosion Inhibitor

It forms a dense protective film on metal surfaces to inhibit corrosion induced by carbon dioxide and brine, without damaging emulsion performance. Suitable for all ultra-high temperature oil-based drilling fluids.

Oxygen Scavenger & Corrosion Inhibitor

It effectively removes dissolved oxygen in water, forms protective films on metal surfaces to mitigate electrochemical corrosion of drill pipes and casings, and extends the service life of downhole equipment.
